I think my IUD is falling out?

I got paraguard placed about a week and a half ago and I'm 11 weeks PP. I started my first period since getting pregnant 3 days ago and noticed that it was much heavier than it used to be and figured it was because of the IUD. Tonight as I was taking a shower I decided to check the threads and I think I feel the base of the IUD sticking out of my cervix. My doctor isn't open until Monday. Can this wait until then? I'm not cramping or in any discomfort. Thankfully I haven't had sex so there's no concern about pregnancy. Is this something to worry about?
