Crotch pain

I can't figure out what this would be by googling. I see lightning crotch, pelvic girdle, I don't know if this is the same thing but does anyone have pain just throughout their groin area? Worse when I stand up but it's been pretty constant. Also almost always a dull pain in my stomach. Mostly upper part. This is actually my second pregnancy and I don't remember any of this happening with my first. I even went to take a drink of a soda today and not sure if it was the carbonation or what but gave me horrible pain in my stomach and about dropped to my knees from it. ☹️
