4-5 weeks pregnant and bleeding

Going by dates I’m 5 weeks + 1 day I’ve been bleeding dark red after every time I use the bathroom. I had this but heavier bleeding at the same time last year and it ended in miscarriage. I called the Early pregnancy unit I was at last year and they said they don’t routinely offer to take bloods so I’ve to keep an eye on it for the next 48 hours. I already feel like this is going to end in miscarriage too but looking to see if anyone else has been in this position and it’s ended up being something else and the pregnancy has continued??

So deflated it’s taken a year to get another positive and it’s happening again 😔
