Baby acne or something else?

First time mom && I am so concerned . First it was minor and now it has spread to both cheeks and chin. I’m not sure if it is baby acne , milk allergy , he’s formula fed. I’m bringing him to the dr this week. What does it look like?

Yea coconut oil will clog the pores, and cause more breakouts. Try breastmilk or baby cetaphil!

This happened to my son too. I just watched his face gently with a wash cloth without soap and after a few days it got better. It’s really common but just like you I had no idea as I’m a first time mom as well but it cleared up on its own. Keep an eye on it and he should be fine 😉

Looks like baby acne. It goes away in its own. It’s best to not put anything on it.

I wouldn’t put coconut oil. My son had terrible baby acne, and it started going away once I just left it alone. I didn’t put any soaps, lotion or oils on his face. Just some warm water when we bathed him

The other side, I read to put coconut oil so I’ve been trying that.
