TTC w/tilted Uterus & Male Factor Infertility

Has anyone with a Dextroverted uterus have any issues or no issues at all with conceiving? My uterus is severely tilted to the right with my cervix facing to the left. I have been trying for two years and no luck, plus my husband has low sperm count and motility. Not sure if my uterus is tilted because I have a pedunculated fibroid on the left top aspect outside of my uterus or if it’s always been that way since I just found out it was tilted a year ago from the HSG. Also, any tips or tricks on getting pregnant with what I have going on? Thanks!
