Bleeding

29 weeks and I’ve been struggling to go to the toilet for a few days. I’ve managed to go a little today but there was a lot of blood in the toilet after I had been (definitely from my bottom as it was there when I wiped). This has never happened to me before but there was quite a lot of blood there.

Has anyone had this happen to them? Would you say this is anything to be worried about, or should I contact my GP/midwife just to be sure?
