Respiratory Infection at 37 wks?

Ugh! I've got a horrible respiratory infection that sprang up literally over night. I had a few symptoms that were less- than - pleasant prior to today, but this morning it hit me full on. I just want to sleep. But surprise! There's a baby in my rib cage and a perpetually full bladder! And to top it off, now i really feel like im suffocating with congestion! I spend half my time trying not to become angry or panicked by how little air i get! I feel like dying. It's even causing contractions that are anywhere from 1-10 minutes apart, ranging from almost unnoticeable, to yelling in the night. I tried steam, cough drops, vicks, extra water, etc, and it's not doing anything. My dr is out until monday morning. Is there anything that can save me at this point?! Help!
