Weight loss!
Looking for advice! So I'm 20 and i weight 200 lbs (i dont look it but i feel it lol) i want to loss weight a healthy way. I've taken supplements before and after i read that it could be difficult or close to not being able to conceive i stopped immediately! I'm a very active person i walk and exercise everyday and my boyfriend and i rarely eat fast food or anything unhealthy. I just want to lose about 30 lbs tips or suggestions are greatly appreciated:)
