I’m 27 weeks exactly today and I’ve been feeling pressure in my butt more than I usually do. Baby has been moving but very small little movements. Every now and then I get almost like a quick pinching pain where what might be my cervix area? (it’s only happened a few times today & yesterday) I’ve been known to not feel contractions. I never felt any contractions with my twins even in active labor until I was about 7-8cm dilated. I’m not sure if I should worry or not. My doctors office is an hour and a half away. I’m not leaking or bleeding at all.
