Ear infection?

My 2 year old daughter has had a cold on and off for weeks now, literally never ending. But today she started complaining about her ear, she hasn’t been crying at all but complaining, grabbing it saying “my ear ouch”. She just woke up from her nap and was playing and happy then all of a sudden she kept saying “ear ouch” then she immediately spiked a fever and started groaning and swaying her head all over the place and getting really cuddly. I gave her some Tylenol and she asked to go back to bed. We are going to take her to the walk in tomorrow. But does this sound like an ear infection to you?
