Colic, breast feeding
What are some food to avoid while breast feeding? And what are good to eat while BF? I’m a first time mom and have noticed my baby having colic and I’ve been losing my mind because she’s always fussy. Makes me feel like I’m doing something wrong. I’d just would like to know what to avoid so I can help her as much as I can.
