4th Baby?

Question

Husband and I have always said we would love 3 little ones, but are open to the idea of adding another. We currently have 2 girls and a boy (5, 3, and 1) and I have been having this feeling like our family is not quite complete. My husband feels the same way. 
However, we have a few family members (one being my mother in law) that have such strong opinions on the size of our family. Saying we are being selfish and crazy. That two would have been perfect and we have three already.
Financially we are MORE than stable, have a wonderful happy home, and love our children more than anything.
Now I am wondering if wanting another baby is selfish ….. should we still consider growing our family? I just have this feeling in my heart that there is one more missing.

I have been stopped on the store multiple time by sweet elderly people commenting on my pregnancy or kids and saying what a wonderful time it is while they are little, and each one has told me that their biggest regret was not having more. So personally if in your hearts you know one more is missing, I saw go for it! That’s one thing I wouldn’t want to regret later.

I say go for it. As long as all the children get get the love and attention they need witch I'm sure they do I see no reason it's selfish. I've always wanted 4 I'm currently pregnant with baby no. 3 but I say as long as you can financially afford it and you can provide emotionally for all of them that's great and go for it regardless of what anyone outside your home thinks. Selfish? I have 4 kids....I dont get how it's selfish. Theyre close in age like yours, best friends, and have everything they need. Unfortunately some people have a very narrow view of what a family should be eg certain family members were unhappy that my poor little darlings dont get their own room, but theyre actually quite happy room sharing and in most countries and kids raised in cities, they room share and they survive lol. And, it's actually easier than going from 1 to 2. So go for it, you wont regret it. I actually want a 5th but my last 2 I had preeclampsia and c sections.

Don’t let anytime have any input on how many children you have. If you guys feel ready then do it, who cares what she thinks, not her life, she’s not providing for them, she gets no say

Ok when I first stared reading this I thought I had asked this question already and forgot! Lol you’re kids are the same ages as mine and I’m trying to decide if we should have a forth! 
My mother in law is not as opinionated￼…we’ll actually I’m not sure I haven’t asked and I don’t want to ask lol she does make comments every time one of my kids is throwing a fit as a joke and says, “are you sure you don’t want another one?” Which I hate but I just ignore it. But I think she would be happy if we did have a 4th just might now be babysitting as often lol. 
But yeah I don’t care what people think and I know it’s our choice but I also don’t look forward to possible comments. So I get it.
