Constipation and anal sex?

I just had anal sex for the first time a couple weeks ago and I was kinda constipated I guess for a while afterwards.  I didn't shit for 2 days, I'm just wondering if it's normal?  When I finally did shit, it was diarrhea.  Usually my bowel movements are very healthy and regular too, so I was a bit concerned.  Has anyone else expierenced this?  I've done anal, 3 times in the past two weeks and haven't expierenced constipation or diarrhea from it, but it does feel a bit weird shitting, like I have to push a bit more.  I'm just so confused lol, I don't even know if I like anal.  Help.
