Advice needed

So I posted a few days ago that I believe I had implantation bleeding for 2.5 days. I haven’t tested yet I’m gonna wait til the day of my next period. Anyways, I’ve got some weird stuff going on and btw I’m not a first time parent. Anyways, I feel warm all the time, like I have a fever, but I don’t. I’ve been told I’m glowing and that my face is flush. My nipples are sore, I’m very bloated, but my stomach feels firm under. Idk. These are all new to me. The weirdest one is I have creamy, watery (milk like) discharge. Never had that before. It is so weird. Anyone dealt with that or know what it’s from?
