36 weeks preggo workouts
So I’m 36+2 and have been working out 3-5 times a week throughout my pregnancy (running, indoor cycling, weight lifting) but I’m now starting to feel so achey in my back and hips and legs even on days that I don’t work out that I’m wondering if it might be time to call it quits.
What are your thoughts? How far did you ladies go with your workouts? Part of me wonders if the achey-ness might actually feel better after a workout? 🤷🏻♀️
