What is best for stretch marks?

Any of you mommas that has steady been through pregnancy!! What did you use to prevent stretch marks, and did it work? I'm in the beginning of my pregnancy and that's one thing I want to prevent, but there are so many products. Which to choose...

You can try bio oil. However, you can't prevent stretch marks. If you're predisposed to getting them then you're going to get them.

FYI just because you have none now or your whole pregnancy. You may still have them. I couldn't see any of mine until after I delivered and the swelling was going down then it was like boom where'd all the come from 😳

I used both cocoa butter and palmer's tummy butter everyday. Worked like a charm and have zero stretch marks.

I use cocoa butter . So far so good . I'm only 16weeks tho but still no stretch marks . I've also heard stretch marks are determined by genetics. But my mom used cocoa butter too & she never got any

I'm pretty sure I'm going to get them eventually, as I already have them from puberty and my mom got them with me, but I figured lotion and oil can't hurt! I'm 31 weeks now and I've only gotten one stretch mark on my back. I've used bio oil and this amazing thick cream from Germany called "mama sanft" body-butter by hipp. Dunno if you could find it online but it is the best!

I use pure cocoa butter. I'm 25 weeks and only have one little stretch mark on my breast. Some tips my sister (who has 0 stretch marks after two kids) gave me is to put it on as soon as I'm out of the shower, while my skin is still kind of damp. 
Also drinking water helps with the skins elasticity, helping prevent as many stretch marks. 
A lot of women have told me "if you're going to get them, you'll just get them no matter what. It's in your genes." 
But stretch marks are on most women on both sides of my family so idk lol.

Drink plenty of water. It improves your skin's elasticity among lots of other things 👍 I didn't use any special lotions with my first and I'm stretch mark free.

I used palmers cocoa butter (didn't like the smell but got used to it) until about week 28 when I ran out. Then started using mamma mio which my friend got me (I like it okay but it's kind of hard to rub in). Will soon try mama bee butter from burts bees which another friend bought me. I love all of their products so I have high hopes. Also been using coconut oil. Rub in the goop (whichever one I'm using) twice a day and drank lots of water. No stretch marks until about 29 weeks. They're not too bad. You'll get them if genetically predisposed but staying hydrated helps them not be worse.
