I’m breast feeding but I am aware you can nurse and have one drink. Its been a long time since I drank in general since February when I found out.

My little one just turned 4 months and just had my first glass of wine and my husband told the waiter give her a “DOUBLE” 😳 lol he knew I needed it lol

I don’t drink daily but almost every Friday and some Saturdays I have a couple glasses of wine or ciders.
I still breastfeed as normal even with a drink in hand. I’ve never gotten buzzed.
Sober enough to drive sober enough to drink.

I had half a beer at 5 or 6 weeks postpartum and my skin got got all red and blotchy! It was so weird, it never happened to me before and it never happened again 😂

For me it wasn’t even worth it. I was about 4-5 weeks pp when I had one white claw and got sooo buzzed and also I’m breastfeeding so I would feed and then I have to chug the beer so I am sobered up by the time he was hungry again. Also I felt so tired after 😭

They have alcohol test strips for breastmilk if you are worried. Id stick to wine as stronger stuff can mess with your milk supply the next day. But mama have a glass!

I’ve had a glass or two of wine and a couple of margaritas but that’s it. I don’t drink daily, I don’t even drink on a regular basis at all. But if I want one, I’ll have one.
Alcohol is out of your system quickly. If you’re legally sober enough to drive, you’re sober enough to feed. You don’t have to pump and dump or anything like that.
