Femara (Letrozole) advice

Has anyone else with PCOS who does not ovulate had success on letrozole? I also don’t have periods on my own anymore- I’ve been taking progesterone to trigger my cycle for a few months. I am 31

My doctor says she will start me on letrozole next month on cd 3-7. I am excited but also not sure what to expect

Anyone else been in my shoes?

Bonus would be it helps with the facial hair and acne I’ve always battled. I’m not really overweight but does it affect that at all either? And as far as I know my ultrasound came back clear but positive for PCOS due to the follicles but my doctor doesn’t see anything abnormal
