10 days late

My husband and I have been TTC for 11 years now. I was diagnose with PCOS. We tried clomid in the past, and no luck. 2020 my doctor recommended me to take birth control pills to help regulate my period. I was on it for 3 months and my period has been normal for almost a yr. my last period was on Oct 9 2021 and I was suppose to start my period on 11/8/21. I am now 10 days late and I’m going to take a test this Friday just in case. The only symptomsi have is, I’m having mild cramps like I’m about to have my period, I feel like I have some sort of bubble feeling on my lower stomach, and I had a like egg white discharge this morning. I don’t want to bring my hopes up but I really hope I am pregnant. It’s been too long and we are hoping for a miracle.
