Dialation?

What’s the signs and symptoms of dilation? I’m not dialted just curious because I’m 35 weeks and 4 days.

There really are none. Maybe the baby dropping or feeling pressure, loss of mucous plug. I’ve been 2 cm dilated since 36 weeks and am almost 38, it’s nothing for me to get to 5 before I even go into labor.

The doctor checking is the only signs and symptoms. There’s no way to know unless you’re checked. But please don’t check yourself. I wouldn’t even worry about it since you could dilate now to 3cm and stay that way for a month. It’s no indication of anything unless you’re actually in labor.
