Any ideas? First time I’ve ever been late

This week is the first time I’ve ever been late for my period. It was due a few days ago and there’s no sign of it. Still getting negative tests except for one which now I think was a bad indent. My hcg is only 3. Any chance this hcg could rise? I’ve been getting headaches and not feeling myself plus some cramping off and on for a couple weeks. Had a few specks of blood when I wiped on the 7th. Something wacky is going on with me. Any chance still of pregnancy. Should I test again next week?
