I hate my bf buying me things

So… I hate my bf buying me things. I love giving gifts and little surprises. But, I’m a terrible gift receiver. I am always thankful, but always feel bad about him spending money on me. We play video games together and tonight he bought me a entire set of skins on fortnite and I felt like thank you just wasn’t enough. 😅 any one else struggle with their man or anyone buying them things?
