Which for a work dinner?

The dress code is smart casual (which generally speaking is what you would wear to a dinner date or the movies) but people generally come way more dressed up than that or much more dressed down. Anything from slip ons to heels, sneakers to dress shoes, flannys to dress shirts, denim jackets to suit jackets, jeans to a dress.. literally anything. However last year, with the same dress code, nobody wore anything short and tight.

I should also mention I live in Australia and the dinner will be 1 week before summer, however the state I live in is tassie so my electric blanket is still in high and I don’t go to work without a jacket.

The dress makes my figure stand out, but the top makes my face stand out. Photos aren’t really going to be of bodies either
