I have most of the symptoms of a yeast infection but no cottage cheese like discharge.

Instead it’s cream like and very much of it and a whitish gray hue.

Could it be something else? Or just a yeast infection with no clumpy discharge.

I just got out of the hospital I’m on a lot of antibiotics which Is a cause of yeast infections.

But I used a bubble bath I haven’t used before, which could of caused BV? but there is no fishy smell that BV causes or if there is I can’t smell it

I don’t wanna go back to the doctors after just getting out of the hospitals and would appreciate any Input anyone has to offer.

As well as over the counter remedies.
