Has anyone gotten a BV or UTI during early pregnancy? I was diagnosed with both yesterday and doctor has me on two antibiotics.

I'm worried cause there is some bleeding, hcg levels look good but they couldn't see anything in the ultrasound sound. Baby was super clear on the ultrasound Wednesday so I'm terrified. Cervix is closed which they said is good, I'm just shy of 6 weeks.

I'm supposed to go back tomorrow to get rechecked.

Anyone else go through something similar? What happened?
