TMI: Mucus Plug??? photo

Question

Ladies, not really worried but just want to know, is this part of my mucus plug? I felt a small gush but when I looked it wasn't really water but rather a ton of mucus. I'm currently 36wks3d pregnant per my last period, but my IUI date would put me at 37wks exactly. I've had no contractions and as of my appointment last week no dilation or effacement. I had a really busy day yesterday so I'm thinking I simply overdid it. Thanks for your help in advance!

The top definitely looks like some of your plug. The bottom is actually exactly what I had earlier and I'm 35w4d, I get checked out on Tuesday so if I remember, I'll let you know what my doctor says.

Usually the plug has blood strands in it it looks to me as a lot of discharge, which usually happens towards the end of pregnancy just keep an eye on it, good luck with the rest of pregnancy noatter how long you have left x

A mucus plug changes from person to person, pregnancy to pregnancy, so it's hard to say exactly. Keep an eye on things, unfortunately you can lose your plug and still not give birth for weeks and weeks, any tightenings or back cramps I'd give them a call :) x
