Week 9 & DYING of Nausea, Gagging, Vomiting, & Heartburn
I don’t know how much more I can take of this morning sickness. It gets especially bad at night. Last night I slept basically sitting up with three pillows because my heartburn/nausea/gagging was so bad. I wasn’t a big eater to begin with, so this eating little meals every 1-2 hours is just killing me. I already had a sensitive stomach and heartburn/indigestion issues prior to being pregnant, which doesn’t help. I hate Ginger, so that makes it harder to quell the nausea when everyone tells you to take Ginger. Things that have been helping me (aka: I can actually stomach eating), have now been giving me terrible heartburn all of a sudden. I’m at a loss! I haven’t been exercising as much because not even a nice slow walk in the cold (which used to help) is doing me any good anymore. Trying to keep myself busy seems impossible because the moment I “slightly exert myself,” my nausea/heartburn get worse. I need any tips and tricks, any type of advice, anything at all! HELP!
