Help me please

OK I need an opinion on what to do so I’ve had my period One time since October of last year and the one period I did have it was because I took these pills that were 10 days and then my period started and now I haven’t had my period since May and I don’t really know what to do I can’t really get to the doctor right now but I was on birth control for a long time and that’s when I lost my period and I don’t know if there’s something I can do to get my period back on track does anyone have any suggestions also I’m trying to get pregnant so I really need my period back on track so that I can be fertile,thank you 💛
