Progesterone suppositories

Hi ladies! I finally got my BFF on Monday after 2 miscarriages over the past 3 years!! My fertility specialist has my on progesterone suppositories 2x a day until week 10 ( I’m almost 6 weeks). I haven’t had any irritation, infection or issues yet but would like to prevent anything unpleasant if possible. Should I be cleaning up there at all?
