Fetal Biometry Question

My high risk dr office did the fetal biometry ultrasound the other day. They didn't tell me the results but did give me a slip of paper to give to my OB. Of course I went home and Googled everything on the paper. Everything I could decipher looked good except the femur length...so I am not sure if that is something to worry about. However during the ultrasound they said the eyes and nose were "limited". She also said something else was "limited due to fetal position" (which I understand). Anybody know what they mean when they say something is limited?
