Me and my boyfriend haven't had sex in 10 months

Me and my boyfriend have 2 kids together and have not had sex in 10 months. 10 months ago he went out with friends to a party with friends and the DD has actually gotten high off meth and didn't tell me. They got into a bad car accident. My boyfriend had to get stitches on his face, neck, and had surgery and had stitches on his stomach. He's healed extremely well. The only thing is his face has a permanent scar and theres a huge scar on his stomach. He's been feeling physically better over 7 months but still refuses to have sex with me. I'll feel he's hard and try. But he pushes me off. I really don't know how to get our sex life back on track.
