My baby is almost 4 months old but not rolling over yet. Should I be concerned?

When did your baby start rolling over? My baby will be 4 months next weekend but cannot roll over (yet). He is in the 75th percentile for height and weight. Could that be an issue?

My daughter never rolled as a young infant (that I saw). One day she just did everything at once: rolled over, pushed herself into a sit then leaned forward and crawled over to a chair where she pulled herself into a stand. She was almost 8 months old.
She’s 3.5 now and still develops new skills like that. She just does a bunch all at once without much visible incremental progress. 
Talk to your doctor if you’re concerned, but if your baby is meeting all their other milestones and is growing well, it will probably be fine.

My son didn’t roll over until closer to 6 months. I was concerned to but I was told by some many not to worry. He’s not 9 months and crawling everywhere!

My oldest didnt start rolling until she was crawling around 7-8 months. My youngest started at 4 months. Every baby is different

My girl is 10 months and only recently started rolling over consistently. Only started commando crawling as well. All babies develop at their own rate.

My daughter only rolled like 2-3 times randomly as a young infant (under 6 months). She just wasn’t that interested in rolling. All other development was totally normal and she eventually did completely figured out rolling, especially for sleep. She loves rolling to her tummy for sleep. She’s now almost 2.
