Ivf consultation

So I just turned 44 2 weeks ago and tomorrow I have a phone consultation with ivf Dr. I have been waiting months for this appointment. I've done ivf once before 5 yrs ago but it was unsuccessful. I wanted to try one last time now 🤞. I have already done all the fertility testing through another fertility dr who discovered I had scarring from a past d&c. In October I had the scarring removed and that dr said he'd be happy for me to carry an embryo inside now...everything to him looked great now. So can you give advice how I should prepare for the ivf consultation and what I should ask etc
