Ham while pregnant
Hello all ! I recently found out you’re not supposed to eat ham unless heated while pregnant . I am currently 12 weeks today and for the past few weeks I’ve been eating ham here and there , quiet a lot of it . I seem to feel perfectly fine but I’m wondering if though I feel fine this has had an affect on my baby . Anyone who can ease my mind ?
