How are you healing after C-section?

I had mine 3days ago and it’s very traumatic. Glad my son made it and we both made it by God’s Grace. Any little advise is highly appreciated.

first couple days sucks, i think i was up and out and about around day 7 christmas shopping 🤣 everyone heals differently, so i’m hoping for a speedy for you ♥️

I started feeling much better by day 10. Recovery was a lot harder than I expected. Hang in there momma.

Praying for you! I’m glad you both are healthy and safe.
I had an infection and severe gas problems after my c section, tmi but I couldn’t go #2 for over a week which felt like I was having a heart attack! So painful, don’t be afraid to ask for help around the house, and I would say make sure you’re walking around a lot & staying hydrated as much as possible, water and green tea helped me: but seriously make sure you’re WALKING around as much as possible to get yourself mobile again 
Don’t forget to shower safely and clean your incision properly, any questions or concerns call your doctor like If you see bleeding or leaking near your cut, get help. Xoxo
