TW spotting and past MC

Had a MC last year and am now 6.4 days pregnant or so, scan scheduled for dec 7. Today I began spotting very light brown when I wipe- nothing on underwear or pad. I had a scarce bit of light pink from implantation about 2.5 weeks ago, but what could this be from? No sex, no irritation, I’m stumped. Besides another MC🤷🏼‍♀️ I have no cramps and no dark brown or punk or red or copious amounts. I know they say some can be normal, but I just don’t feel right about it after what I went through last year. Hard to focus today >_<
