Weirdest pain here 😩😩

During last night I was woken up to this terrible pain coming from the red circle area. It was like a stitch but a lot worse! I couldn't even lay on that side or touch it as it hurt that much. Around the time my baby (35 weeks pregnant) was moving around and I'm wondering if he moved position and that's why it hurt so much. Anyone know what this sounds like? (Picture off Google)
