Possibly Pregnant

Hi! So I’ve been having a hard time getting pregnant and I show false positive ovulation tests… my husband and I were on vacation during the last week of October. I was on Letrozole a week before that and instead of ovulating, it actually gave me a period, which my doctor was even confused about… well the past couple of weeks, my breasts have been very sore and hurt pretty bad. So this morning I decided to take a pregnancy test just to see, and it came out 100% positive! I don’t want to get my hopes up because I did have a miscarriage in the past and I’m not sure what will happen with this one but I was wondering if anyone had a similar situation or if I could have any insight as to what could’ve happened. I’m definitely hoping this is real!!
