Discharge and bv

I've always had bv even before I started having sex. I've always had discharge that would mess up my panties again that started before I started having sex. I take medicine to treat it and it still comes back every time. I've messed up numerous pair of undies in the seat because of the discharge. Like it's not a day that goes by that I don't have discharge. And it's like a brown color. I wouldn't say old blood either. I know how old blood looks. I'm right at 9 weeks pregnant now and I'm not on any meds for it. What can I do to help my ph balance. I'm s tired of going thru this.
