Swollen feet/ankles

Okay mommas! I need some help! I'm 21w4d with twin boys, and the swelling in my feet and ankles seems to be getting out of control. I see my doctor on Tuesday and will be asking him about it, but in the meantime, is there anything I can do to relieve some of the swelling? I'm hardly on my feet at all during the day, and have been elevating them when I'm at home but that seems to do absolutely nothing. I have faith that one day I will have ankles again!!! 😂
