Is something wrong

I've been married for 4 years now going on 5 in this 4 years we only had sex 10 times an the last 2 years we only been intimate once we don't kiss maybe hold hands every now and than any inputs on what I should do?

We don't talk either he is in the living room watching tv or I'm in the room or vice versa I tried marriage counseling he would never interact or never go when I do try to be intimate he's always tired
