So I had my 12 week ultrasound yesterday and the nuchal translucency came back at 2mm and I always opt for the combined screening with bloods with my children. This is the highest measurement I've had however the midwife sonographer said it was fine. I can't tell if it's amniotic fluid on the back of the baby's neck or the nuchal translucency by the photos she gave me and its worried me a bit? Does the back of the neck look normal? Afew photos look different. Is the top one just the pregnancy sac underneath?

**I'm also adding that the reason I'm asking is also because some women I've heard say 2 and above is abnormal but some say 3 and above
