What does this mean?

Hey ladies, i know this doesnt mean labour is coming soon or anything but im wondering if this is a sign of my little man engaging into my pelvis. Im 36+1 today and woke up with a ton of discharge in my underwear. Ive monitored it and my water did not break it was just discharge. But the second i got out of bed i got the worst pain in my cervix. I assume its lightening. With every 3 steps i get stopped in my tracks with cervix pain. Every time he moves i get cervix pain. Im also now feeling hiccups and movement behind my pubic bone instead of up in my belly. Could he be fully engaged in my pelvis now? I have had lightening happening for a while now but not the constant or this painful.
