How did you know you are miscarring?

I am 6w2d and cramping all day..how did you know your pregnancy is coming to an end?

You don’t always know. I had no clue til an appt where we found no heartbeat. I had no cramping or bleeding even after that.

I haven't had a miscarriage but I came here to say cramping is very normal throughout pregnancy, particularly the first trimester. It's from the rapid expansion on your uterus

You don't know until it is confirmed with a scan or a negative pregnancy test. Cramping isn't always a sign of miscarriage though, your uterus and abdomen is experiencing some very large changes and stretching muscles and organs being pushed can hurt. Also, you can get UTIs or other infections which can cause discomfort. 
I didn't realise I had a miscarriage until my 12 week scan when there was no embryo developed but the gestational sac had developed to 9 weeks. I had spotting around week 6 that was extremely light and lasted for about 2 days. But I've known people to spot much heavier and have healthy full term pregnancies.

Cramping with blood. I had been cramping for a week already before i started to bleed. I had called the doctor and nurse told me it was normal which i know it can be. But once i saw the bleeding i think thats when i knew. Then the er confirmed.
