So on November 9th, 2021 I got a ultrasound and the doctor told me that they didn’t even see anything so to come back in two weeks.

Then on November 24th that’s when I went for another ultrasound and they said they only seen a gestational sac but no yolk sac/baby in the middle of it.

Is it possible that I just got pregnant and clearly my dates are off? I think the last time I literally bled was between October 4th-10th And I took a pregnancy test on October 15th, 2021 and it said negative. Then on November 2nd took another pregnancy test and it said positive. Now it’s November 26th and here I am lol

I’m stressing and praying. Just trying to make sense of this
