Any advice?

I am 15 years old, I turned 15 in September.. With the last 3 months I have liked a boy, he is 18! My parents are extremely strict, like I wouldn't be allowed to even have a boy come over for a few hours, or me go over to a boys house! Me and him want to start telling people about each other but we can't because we live in a small town and it would get back to my parents straight away! We were together before but we went our separate ways because I just couldn't face telling my parents! I would really want to tell my parents because I'm genuinely happy with him! I don't know what I should do, should I tell my parents and possibly get grounded for a few months but still have my boy, or not tell my parents and possibly loose my boy again?
