Can someone calm my nerves? 😂

I had my first son in April and got the mirena IUD 6 weeks after. It was super uncomfortable and I hated it so I got it taken out beginning of October. I had a period around October 15th and then again a couple days before Halloween. According to my period app I'm a couple days late. Getting an IUD out can cause irregular periods, right!? We've been using condoms and pulling out. I've been a little nauseous the past couple days but I'm (hoping) I just had a mild case of food poisoning.

I feel like a teenager being worried about being late by a couple days but I can't help it lmfao.

Should I test? Or just wait it out?
