10 DPO, pm urine w/2 hour hold

I swear, every month I get either an evap or an indent that makes me think I’m pregnant. This one’s super faint. My urine was almost clear so I’m not sure why I bothered testing with it but I couldn’t wait. This time the faint is accompanied by: slightly elevated temperature, mild waves of nausea, extremely sore breasts, a metallic taste in my mouth and was preceded by mild menstrual-like cramps at ~8 DPO.

I know this is to ambiguous not to retest, so I’m wondering can I retest in a few hours if I hold or should I wait till tomorrow morning?

I feel like I’m losing my mind 🤯🤬
