Trying for three years

Hello and good morning! I am 40 and I have not taken birth control for three years. I have recently started taking vitamins to help. I am taking Yukka, a multi vitamin and folate. I am going to start evening primrose and COQ10. I am going to get my husband zinc, COQ10, vitamin c and a men's multivitamin. Does anyone know of any other vitamins that are known to help? Also, does anyone have primera blue cross and if so what fertility treatments do they cover if any. I have five kids, so part of me feels crazy for wanting another. My oldest is 21 and my youngest is 3. I would prefer to raise my 3 year old with one that's close in age....well somewhat!
