Stuffy nose

My daughter is 7 months old since yesterday we noticed that at night she was having a hard time breathing through her nose. We saw she has lots of boogers but she hates when I take them out, she has no fever just the stuffy nose any tips that can help me make her feel better it’s always at it’s worse when she’s trying to sleep or laying down. I have this Vicks waterless vaporizer that connects to the wall but I don’t think it’s working. I’m also using the nose sucker Bc that’s all I have at the moment. Please any tips that can help her breathe better
